Brahmastra, directed by Ayan Mukerji, will finally be released on September 9, and it has been reported that the film was made on a Rs 410 crore budget. This would make it the most expensive Hindi film ever made. Apart from pan-Indian films like RRR, 2.0, Saaho, and a few others, the most expensive Hindi film ever made was YRF’s 2018 period adventure Thugs of Hindostan, which reportedly cost Rs 310 crore.
Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna Akkineni star in Brahmastra. Shah Rukh Khan’s appearance was previously speculated, but Mouni confirmed in a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama that SRK has a’special appearance’ in the film.
