Hollywood Actor Keith Jefferson from Django Unchained dies at 53

The Django in Hollywood Keith Jefferson, an unchained actor, passed away on October 5 at the age of 53. Cancer was the actor’s battle. The actor was being treated for cancer, it was revealed in August. 

He made his acting debut in the 1995 film Boys on the Side. He later went on to work with actors like Jamie Foxx, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Samuel L. Jackson in blockbusters like Django Unchained. He played Pudgy Ralph in a play. He also had roles in The Hateful Eight (2015) as Charly and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019) as Land Pirate Keith.

Keith Jefferson said, “Every now and then God will give you a challenge and leave it up to you to fix it. When I was first diagnosed with cancer I had to stop, pause, and didn’t want to share with anyone. Not my family nor extended family. Today I’m finally at a place to share because my faith is getting stronger.”
