India wins the Asian Kho Kho Championship’s men’s and women’s championships

At the Asian Kho Kho Championship held in Tamulpur, Assam, the host nation of India won both the male and female championships. Indian Eves defeated Nepal in the women’s division by an inning and 33 points.

The men’s team, on the other hand, kept up its excellent play and defeated Nepal by an inning and six points. India was unbeaten throughout the competition in both divisions. Nine nations took part in the event overall. The awards were presented by minister U G Brahma and Speaker of the Assam Assembly Biswajit Daimary.
