Following some remarkable efforts in the game’s shortest format, India’s Virat Kohli has been named the ICC Men’s Player of the Month for October 2022.
Along with Kohli, Sikandar Raza of Zimbabwe and David Miller of South Africa were also nominated for the honour, but Kohli ultimately prevailed.
“Being selected as the ICC Men’s Player of the Month for October is a huge honour for me. This honour is even more meaningful to me because I was selected as the panel’s and fans’ favourite player, Kohli remarked after receiving the award.
