People who have not been vaccinated for the Covid19 vaccine will not be able to use public transport and other facilities in Ahmedabad.
The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has banned those who have not been vaccinated against COVID19 from using public facilities, such as the civic transport service, and from entering public buildings.
Those over 18 must have a physical Covid19 vaccination certificate or an electronic copy in their mobile phone and these certificates will be checked at the entrance to the facilities.
“Ahmedabad Municipal Transportation Service (AMTS), Express Bus Transportation System, Kankaria Lakefront, Riverfront, Libraries, Gyms, Sports Complex, Swimming Pool, City Civic Center are closed from ‘today to unvaccinated people, “said Jignesh Patel, director of parks. and Giardino.
