On Friday, public sector Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) drastically reduced the cost of commercial LPG gas cylinders weighing 19 kg. ANI news agency reports a Rs.158 reduction in the cost of 19 KG commercial LPG gas cylinders.
Days before to the announcement, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reduced the cost of domestic LPG gas cylinders by 200 rupees.
Every month, LPG cylinder prices are revised, with the new rates taking effect on September 1 for both domestic and commercial LPG cylinders.
In the nation’s capital Delhi, Indian Oil has reduced the cost of commercial LPG cylinders by Rs. 158 per 19 kg. The pricing for a 19-kg cylinder from Indian Oil is currently 1,522.50 .
