The beachfront home on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, an artificially created palm-shaped atoll noted for its glamorous hotels and affluent residences, has a mystery buyer: Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries.
Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Ambani, bought the $80 million house earlier this year. It contains ten bedrooms, indoor and outdoor pools, seven spas, a complete indoor salon, a 70-meter private beach, and an unlimited supply of ultra-luxurious, state-of-the-art amenities. This is the largest residential real estate transaction the city has ever seen.
Parimal Nathwani, a member of the Parliament and director of corporate affairs for the RIL group, will oversee the management of this property.
Shah Rukh Khan, the king of Bollywood, and David Beckham, a star of British sport also owns property.
