In cricket, India defeated Australia by six wickets in the third and final T20 International Thursday night in Hyderabad to win the series 2-1.
The visitors were given the opportunity to bat first, and with the help of Tim David’s 54 and Cameron Green’s 52 runs, they produced 186 for seven in the allotted 20 overs. Axar Patel took three wickets for the hosts.
In response, India exceeded the goal on the last ball of the game with four wickets still remaining, thanks to Suryakumar Yadav’s 69 runs in 36 balls and Virat Kohli’s 63 off 48 balls. Daniel Sams claimed two wickets for Australia.
