Indian women’s hockey team to take on Argentina tomorrow

The battle line between Belgium and Australia was drawn at the men’s hockey summit in the Tokyo Olympics. Australia defeated Germany in 3-1 place in the 11th day of the semi-finals today. 17 years later, Australia won the last summit. In the first semi-final this morning, India lost 5-2 games against Belgium.

The last men’s hockey match between Belgium and Australia will be held on Thursday, when the gold and silver medals will be determined. On the same day, India will compete with Germany for the bronze medal.

The Indian women’s hockey team made history yesterday. They defeated the former Australian champion 1-0 against Argentina at 3:30 tomorrow afternoon, thus entering their first Olympic semifinal in the Olympics. Another women’s hockey semi-final between the Netherlands and the United Kingdom will be held on the same day.
Indian wrestlers participating in their category: In the men’s 86kg freestyle, Deepak Punia meets Ekerekeme Agiomor from Nigeria, and Ravi Kumar Dahia meets Oscar Tigeros from Colombia in the 57kg freestyle. In the 57 kg class, Anshu Malik met Irina Kurachkina of Belarus.
