Double cross Olympic champ Sushil Kumar who is presently held up in the public capital’s Tihar Jail will mentor individual jail detainees in wrestling and grant wellness tips to them, authorities said.
Chief General of Delhi Prisons Sandeep Goel said that detainees who need to be instructed by Sushil Kumar can now take examples from him. The Tihar Jail organization said that an arrangement had been recently chalked out to include Sushil Kumar in sports exercises yet because of the third flood of COVID-19 it was placed on end.
Altogether, on May 23, 2021, Sushil Kumar and his accomplice Ajay Kumar were captured regarding the homicide of Sagar Dhankar at Chhatrasal Stadium. Kumar, alongside others, purportedly attacked previous junior public wrestling champion Sagar Dhankar and his companions at the arena in May over a supposed property question.
