Pushkar Singh Dami, the 45-year-old, is the new chief minister of Uttarakhand and the youngest chief minister of this mountainous country. Previously, 49-year-old Ramesh Pohriyal Nishank (Ramesh Pohriyal Nishank) was the youngest serving leader when he was chief minister. MLA represents the Hatima constituency in the Kumaon region of the mountain state. It is the 11th chief minister of Uttarakhand and the third chief minister within four months of the resignation of Trievendra Singh Rawat and Tirat Singh Rawat.

Mr. Dhami is said to have a close relationship with the Minister of Defense Rajnath Singh and is also the Special Service Officer of Bhagat Singh Koshyari, the former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand.

From then until 2008, he has been the head of the State Council of the Bharatiya Janata Party. During this period, Dami organized youth rallies and gatherings throughout the state. “As a result of the struggle, the state government at that time was able to secure 70% of the reserves for local youth in government departments,” Dammy said on his website.

The new Chief Minister is known for dealing with youth issues, as evidenced by the biography on his website. “Trained unemployed youth is the main problem facing the country today. The youth of the country must have their own employment opportunities; this is the main problem preventing migration from the village,” Dami said.
