According to a Wednesday internal email from NDTV India, senior executive editor Ravish Kumar, a journalist, has resigned from his position.
The Prime Time, Hum Log, Ravish Ki Report, Desh Ki Baat, and Ramon Magsaysay Award-winning news anchor previously hosted these shows.
The Ramon Magsaysay Award for “using journalism to give voice to the voiceless” was given to Ravish Kumar in September 2019.
The news channel’s founders Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy announced their resignations from their positions as directors of RRPR Holding Private Limited in a regulatory filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange the day before Kumar’s resignation was made public.
