Kantara, a movie directed and starring actor Rishab Shetty, has one of the best ratings of any Indian movie on IMDb (9.5/10). The Kannada-language film has outperformed SS Rajamouli’s RRR (8/10) and Yash’s KGF 2 (8.4/10). The movie has caught the notice of Dhanush, a superstar, who gave it a review and described it as “mind-blowing.”
On September 30, Rishab Shetty’s film Kantara was released. Positive reviews greeted the Kannada movie’s premiere. According to reports, the movie took in over Rs 70 crore in Karnataka.
The Hindi version of the movie debuted in theatres on October 14, while the Tamil and Telugu versions will follow on October 15.
Additionally playing important roles in Rishab Shetty’s movie are Murali, Achyuth Kumar, and Sapthami Gowda.
