Prasar Bharati, the national broadcaster, took to its Twitter handle on Wednesday, to announce its MoU with Bhaskaracharya National Institute for Space Applications and Geo-Informatics, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) to launch 51 DTH educational channels. These channels will be aired free of cost for all viewers of DD FreeDish and will cater to all students, including those in remote and rural areas 24/7.
