According to three persons with knowledge of the development, Adani Group is examining a proposal to purchase a stake in Bangalore International Airport Ltd (BIAL).
For a while now, The Adani Group has been weighing its options for acquiring a share in the airport. Fairfax has been engaged in discussions, and the conglomerate is eager to submit a proposal for the 13% interest held by the Airports Authority of India (AAI), one of the three sources said, requesting anonymity.
