Gadkari mandates rear seatbelt use for all passengers in vehicles following Cyrus Mistry’s passing.

Nitin Gadkari, the Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, announced that seatbelt use will be required for all passengers in a car.

According to Nitin Gadkari, the government has today made a significant decision for the safety of the rear passengers. A seat belt is necessary for the back seat.

Speaking at a press conference, he remarked, We have decided that there will be a seatbelt beep system for the rear seats in vehicles because Cyrus Mistry died in a car accident.

Nitin Gadkari stated, Challan (punitive fee) for not wearing a seat belt will be permitted. The directive will be enforced within 3 days.
