On Monday, Naveen Patnaik, the chief minister of Odisha, appointed three new members to his cabinet. Senior BJD lawmakers Sarapda Prasad Nayak, Sundam Marndi, and Bikram Keshari Arukha are among them.
The number of members in the cabinet has increased to 22, including the CM, with the appointment of the three additional ministers.
At Lok Seva Bhawan today, Governor Ganeshi Lal gave them the oath of office and confidentiality.
New Finance Minister Bikram Keshari Arukha, School and Mass Education Minister Sudam Marndi, and Labour Department Minister Sarada Nayak.
