The cow must be recognized as the national animal and the protection of the cow must be considered a fundamental right of the Hindus, as we know that when the culture of a country and its faith is affected, the water on land will weaken. Allahabad announced this on Wednesday, refused to release the man on bail accused of slaughtering cows.
Rejecting Javed’s petition for bail, which has only one name, Magistrate Judge Shekhar Kumar Yadav said: “Fundamental rights are not only the prerogative of meat-eaters; rather, those who worship cows and are financially dependent on cows are also entitled to meaningful lives. The right to life takes precedence over the right to kill, and the right to eat beef can never be considered a fundamental right.
The judge indicated that the plaintiff, after stealing the cow, killed it, beheaded, and stored it.
“This is not the plaintiff’s first crime,” the court said, adding that if the plaintiff is released on bail he will commit the same crime again, destroying social harmony. Judge Yadav also criticized cow farms where cows are not allowed. They are properly looked after and abandoned by owners who are no longer productive
“The cow needs protection and care. … and the government will have to take this matter seriously as well. Only when the well-being of the cows will be the well-being of this country, ”said Judge Yadav.
